Workflow Details

Step 1: Add People

Build your personal collection by clicking the Add button. Rich options are available to help you add people easily. You need to provide the name, picture, and optional description for each person. People added in this stage are of the "New" state.

Every person must have a distinct name. If two people happen to have the same name, we suggest adding a suffix (e.g., event name or number) to differentiate them. If you only have partial data, you can build the group with dummy data and update it later. Just want to try it out? Click “Try it out with testing data” to load sample datasets.

Step 2: Study Session

Start a study session by clicking the Study button. You can choose people from your entire library or limit it to particular groups (like "Sarah's Wedding"). You will go through every person to review their name, picture, and description, repeatedly recalling the parts you want to stick. People become "Studied" after a study session.

Step 3: Enhance Session

Click the Enhance button to master names. You must enhance an already studied person in 5 distinct sessions to turn them "Mastered." Engaging quizzes refresh your memory during these sessions.
